Foil symbols of Buddha and Virginia Tech football decorate one of five crape myrtle trees at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.  The hanging art is part of the Hope Tree Project.  Students from local high schools made hundreds of symbols representing their hopes, dreams, or aspirations for themselves or their community.  The outdoor exhibit runs through July 4.
