Caption: Martha Rollins, founder and CEO of Boaz & Ruth will retire at the end of the year. Here, she stands near the wall that was rebuilt by Cathedral Construction, the Boaz & Ruth training construction team, at the completion of the firehouse renovation. When the wall was rebuilt, in 2007, the team put a time capsule in it, which will be reopened in 2057. The time capsule marker is seen to the left. Rollins said the wall, with the small garden it surrounds, symbolizes the beautiful people in that north Richmond community and how they have rebuilt their own lives.
